When photographs are a dime a dozen, we'll utilize our experience and expertise to produce broadcast quality television-style commercials of properties and presentations for agents. And when a web site and a newspaper listing just isn't enough, we offer several distribution solutions such as airing the commercials on cable television, on the internet, on DVD/CD, in mall kiosks as well as on various mobile media outlets. 1, 2007 Chatsworth, CA – Home View, LLC opens the fall season with continued strong sales. While revenue for video-web integration and merchandise sales remained the same from the previous month, video production helped drive revenues up 193% to the company's best month to date. The continued strong revenue gains allowed Home View to double its profits from the previous month. "As the total housing inventory [in excess of 4.58 million in the United States] continues to grow each month, our business tends to see strong growth in revenues," states CEO Timothy Ross. "As such, we expect strong revenue increases all the way through 2008." Home View, LLC also decreased expenses for the month of September by 19% from the previous month. As a result, the revenues are reinvested back into the company's advertising and marketing campaigns. Therefore, both the short-term and long-term growth outlook for Home View, LLC is positive as the company projects dramatic increases for the month of October and through the remainder of the year. Home View officially launched its operations in April 2007; as such, no data from the prior year is available. These monthly totals are based on the combined revenues of video and photography production, video-web integration services and merchandise sales in the residential and commercial real estate, apartment rental as well as hotel and resort markets.
