Professional or On-Site Recorded Narration - Take your video to a new level by adding the services of a professional voice over artist ($60) OR record the voice over yourself at the same time we shoot the video tour ($30). You write the script, we'll take care of the rest.
Documentary Style Interview - Do you have an extra special property, historic landmark or beautiful multi-acre estate with exquisite architecture? Need something more than just narration? Adding a documentary style sit down interview could be what you're looking for. We'll inter-cut the interview with the rest of the video to give it that "documentary style" look.
*Includes: 1 additional hour with a videographer, $200 lighting package add-on, up to one location, one interview setup, and one interviewee. You provide the questions, we'll take care of the rest.

On-Camera Walk & Talk - You're the tour guide of your own video tour! There is no other replacement to an actual open house than a "Walk & Talk". Guide the viewer through each room touching on all the details of the property.
Professional Lighting - Adding more light to any interior videography can only make your property shine brighter. Without the extra lighting we rely completely on the natural light from the windows and any ambient lighting fixtures in the house. The result is either the windows turn out over-exposed or the interior turns out too dark. The only way to achieve an evenly balanced look is to bring in the external lighting package.
